By using Cardikit, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

  • Cardikit offers paid subscription plans, which may include a free trial period.
  • If you start a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends.
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
  • Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Physical Products (NFC Wristbands)

  • Certain subscription plans or promotions may include physical products, such as NFC wristbands.
  • These products are provided as a benefit of an active subscription and may be subject to eligibility requirements.
  • Physical products are shipped only after successful payment.
  • Availability may be limited by geographic location, inventory, or other factors.
  • Cardikit reserves the right to substitute, delay, or discontinue physical product offerings at any time.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Cardikit is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
  • Once an order has been shipped, Cardikit is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages, except as required by law.

6. Refund Policy

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, except where required by law.
  • Physical products are non-refundable once shipped.

7. Geographic Availability

  • Certain features or physical products may only be available in specific regions.
  • Cardikit does not guarantee availability outside the United States at this time.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Acceptable Use

  • Do not upload or share illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt or abuse the service.
  • Respect the privacy and rights of others.

10. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Cardikit a limited license to host and display content for the purpose of operating the service.

11. Service Changes

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We will try to give notice when possible.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

13. Disclaimers

Cardikit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cardikit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

15. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
